From our first meeting, Helen listened carefully to our needs and the decisions we had to make. She gave us informed counsel regarding the current climate and what issues we could use to decide when to list and sell the home.

After a month of rapid-fire plumbing updates and packing and moving; we put the home up for sale. The listing was more than we could have expected. Helen’s written description in the listing highlighted the many reasons that would persuade a buyer to choose the house. With an empty house, Helen staged both of the bathrooms and the kitchen with candles and elegant towels in the bathrooms and many, homey items on the kitchen counters. That was subtle staging and made the house seem that much nicer.

We also feel that Helen’s choice of a photographer was critical to the ultimate sale. His pictures were very well framed. We would have bought the house, those pictures made the house look warm and inviting.

Through the whole process Helen kept us updated via phone, email and even texts. She carefully explained all documents, walked us carefully through the offer and counter offer. We accepted the offer and signed all documents while celebrating Thanksgiving in Las Vegas! It looks like we will close sometime between 29 and 34 days from the acceptance of the offer; and the offer was made just four days after the listing. I think Helen may have broken a record, you should look into that.

I have known John personally for about 15 years. He has been a good friend and we have had a professional relationship for the duration of our friendship. About a year ago, my wife and I found our dream home in the foothills of Albuquerque. The sellers were not interested in utilizing any type of real estate services, as they were selling the home from an estate and wanted to maximize their profits from the sale. Great ideas to sell the home she did a showing “staged” with furniture. She did on-line advertising. She worked closely with the appraiser to get closer to what I needed to get for the property. My family came to America on a job opportunity that was going well. We had been renting a home and suddenly found out that it would no longer be available. In this very tough market we were able to sell our home, Thanks to Paul. We knew it would be difficult. Our home was a large, 5 bedroom, 3 bath, and across the street from an elementary school.
