Three things to keep in mind if you have a vacant home for sale in Albuquerque and other markets:  1)  Be sure to have the right insurance.  Some insurance company’s DO NOT insure vacant homes.  Check with your carrier to see what policies, if any they provide.  2)  Some area’s are higher risk than others.  Check with your local police department to see if your property is in a high risk area, and if so, let them know that your home is for sale and vacant.  They should increase patrol in your area.  3)  Consider a … [Read more...]
