In January, the number of Active listings in Albuquerque was down 25% from 2013 and down 4% from December of 2013. This means that Albuquerque homebuyers had fewer homes to choose from than they did one year ago and the nice homes were selling fast. The median listing price for Albuquerque homes in December was $200,000 compared to $182,000 in 2013. Compared to 2013, the average Days on Market (DOM) to sell an Albuquerque home was up 25% to 77 Days on Market. The median sales price for Albuquerque Homes was $175,000, compared to $188,000 in December of 2013 and $169,000 in January 2013. The number of homes sold in Albuquerque decreased 8% year over year and decreased 17% from December 2013.
