In November, the number of Active listings in Albuquerque was down 26% from 2012 and down 15% from November of 2013. This means that Albuquerque homebuyers had fewer homes to choose from than they did one year ago and the nice homes were selling fast. The median listing price for Albuquerque homes in December was $200,000 compared to $185,000 in 2012. Compared to 2012, the average Days on Market (DOM) to sell an Albuquerque home was up 2% to 67 Days on Market. The median sales price for Albuquerque Homes was $189,000, compared to $180,000 in November of 2013 and $175,000 in December 2012. The number of homes sold in Albuquerque decreased 8% year over year and increased 5% from November 2013.
