In January, the number of Active listings was down 11% from January 2014 and down 7% from December. This means that Albuquerque homebuyers had fewer homes to choose from than they did one year ago and the nice homes were selling fast! The median listing price for Albuquerque homes in January was $209,000 compared to $192,500 in January 2014. Compared to 2014, the average Days on Market (DOM) to sell an Albuquerque home was up 3% to 77 Days on Market. The median sales price for Albuquerque Homes was $175,000, compared to $180,000 in December and $174,900 in January 2014. The number of homes sold in Albuquerque increased 7% year over year and decreased 23% from December.
